go to any auto parts store and get some brake cleaner for about a buck. spray on your rotors a few times and see if that helps. A lot of times they will squeak from simple dirt. If that doesn't fix it your pads may be worn or rotors warped.

The stock non-brembos with stock nissan pads will get to squeeking often. They hold a ton of dust up in the clips for the pads and pretty much all over the freakin place. Like firulice said... get some brake cleaner and try to spray out as much dust out of the pad area as possible. I've had to do that about 3 times per pad life... stopped the squeeking every time. I actually removed the pads and cleaned the calipers a little more completely but if you don't want to break out the wrench set, try to get way up in there... you'll see a river of dust comming out. I also found that if you DON'T add lube to the clips, as a lot of people do, the dust doesn't gum up as bad and the squeek takes longer to arrive.

New pads would definitely help...

ceramics typically create less dust and make less noise... they don't have quite the performance capability. Even if you drive aggressively, ceramic pads should perform great… if you’re doing some very heavy stuff, you might want to try some of the Hawk pads but they can be noisy if not bedded really well. Most aftermarket pads that are decent are going to do better than the stock stuff. I’d recommend ceramics to you.

No, no more upgrades needed. Pads are pads and like he said, ceramics are a good route and get rid of a lot of the annoying brake dust that you get with the oem pads. I have heard the hawks are good but have never used them myself.
