Default Qestion:How much power and torque can stock tranny handle in long term? (50-100k)

Being interested in doing some modest NA tweaking in the future to the tune of 20-30rwhp. Will this significantly alter the lifespan of the stock clutch, transmission, etc.

A fellow 300 buddy and service advisor at a local Nissan dealer said the 350 tranny is stouter than the 300 tranny. The 300 tranny is capable of 600+ hp.
