Car Won't Start... please help?
This is a last attempt before taking the car to the dealer and paying big $$$$$$
Back in September I parked the car for 10 minutes, and when I returned to start it, nothing. I push started the car and it starts right up, but when turning the key, no clicking or anything. Got the car back home and have been trouble shooting this in my garage ever since! Here's what I've ruled out or changed so far:
New Starter
New Battery
All fuses are good (in both compartments)
I don't think it's the immobilizer since I can push start the car?
once running (by push start) the car runs fine, no CEL or any thing out of the norm.
anyone know if there are any start relays, capacitors, etc... that I can check? right now I have the dash apart, how can I test the ignition switch? I know I have to get a meter and start checking where there is/isn't power... but I don't know where to start? Will the consult-II help?
TIA!

update...
I now have a multi-meter and began following the trouble-shooting recommended in the FSM.
as expected, there is no power to the starter + when turning ignition switch. There must be something not allowing it to send power... can a bad ignition coil cause this?
also my clutch safety switch is disabled (tilton clutch) so the wires are shorted together, but it has been like this for over 1-year so I don't think this is it.
anyone have any ideas?
