ok i brought my car to nissan bc my car stopped going. well they called me the next day they called me an said my clutch was shattered...well i ordered a new clutch an fly an they replaced it. well they callled me an said my car still dont go bc my axle is broke. an i went to get it an try to drive it an it is doing the same exact thing it was doing when i brought it there. an they said its not under warranty. anyone wanna comment on what they think about this. (so i brought it to another nissan dealership).

 

Um, spellcheck and an English class or 3 would help 1st.

2nd, why is it not under warranty? How many miles are on the car?

yea my friend had something similar happen with his mustang he was getting some squeek and the dealership said his clutch needed to replaced (something not covered under warranty) so he paid for that then they found the real problem and charged him to fix that... more than likely he didn't need a new clutch just yet but they didn't mind conning him into buying it.

 

I wish I could help but my local dealers won't even touch my car. They block the doors if I try to get up in there.

 

Robert - what ever because of their claims that over-reving caused the crank to bend?
