Just did my tranny with MTL and MT 90 also did my diff with 75w 90 all Redline. I also noticed an improvement on the smoothness of my shifts. It is summer here so can't really say how cold weather shifting is but I would recommend any Z/G owner this fluid swap.

Can you explain how you gain power by switching tranny fluid?

Their Theory was less drive trian loss due to reduced friction.

any more updates as far as improvement of shifting quality w/ either rp or redline trans fluid?? That is the main reason why I'm considering switching fluids and still can't decide. Please chime in if you think your shifts are just (for example) "somewhat better" , "a whole lot better," "now shifts like butter," and so on. This kinda info would be extremely helpful! Thanks!
