The Clicking axel is back!!! YAY!!
..heh...Im just trying to be optimistic about it...
But yeah.. its back, on the drivers side now... and it does it in rounds now... Like 5-10 clicks really quick...
The thing is, Im out of warranty... Am I screwed?

well, the thing is...My passenger side was making noises before, I told them to replace both sides so it doesn't come back... Well, ofcourse they said "OK Sir, we'll give you a call when it's done" but they obviously replaced the one that was clicking.... So... Theres a TSB for it, right? Does a TSB work if you out of warranty?

Can you describe the clicking? I have a squeak/click on my rear passenger side and i'm starting to suspect it's probably an axle.
Check my thread about if this describes the problem:

i talked to my dealership and they said its just a clicking....doesnt damage anything and they cant do anything cuz im outa my warranty (its a tsb...not a recall, which means you can do it if you want....no harm if you dont) is my dealership full of crap?

Yes they're full of crap. Give NNA a ring or go to another dealership.
I just thought I would mention this for you DIYers out there...
I had the axle clicking on my right rear axle, and took it into the dealership to get it fixed under warranty. It just so happens the dealership I go to has a performance division under the same name, where they specialize in Z cars. Anyhow, I watched the shop manager (all other staff was off that day) perform the fix on my axle. The process is VERY easy to do, assuming the following:
1) You can get the wheels off the car while it is lifted (loosening them while on the ground then jacking the car up would do).
2) You can get the center locknut off the axle - I think this is what would prevent most people from performing this themselves, as the nut is large and requires 177 ft-lb to tighten. An air gun is obviously the easiest route to get this thing off.
Once you have the axle bolts and the center locknut off, you just slide the axle out of the hub and apply the "Molykote M77" grease to the splines on the driveshaft flange. Then just bolt everything up and youre good to go. The TSB calls for the replacement of driveshaft side flange nuts, bolts and washers, and the cotter pin for the end of the driveshaft. You absolutely MUST replace the cotter pin, but I think one could get away with not replacing the driveshaft flange nuts, bolts and washers - Of course if you can get them, replace them, but in a pinch it is not necessary.
So, if the dealership does not budge, you might consider performing this fix yourself.
