Default Help with front driver seat part

I had leather seats put in sometime last year. I noticed that my driver seat cushion is not level. So I looked around both sides. On the passenger side, both sides of the seat cushion has this metal support plate. On my driver side, there's is one on the right side, but none on the left. So I'm guessing that the installer did not put that plate back. Can someone verify that there's one on the driver side left as well? I assume the part that I'm missing is number 14 in the attached diagram. It should install between the frame and number 16(plastic cover).

Yes you should have one on the outer side of the drivers seat as well. Part name is Cover-Reclining Device, LH Outer. The part number varies according to the trim you have (power, heated, production date, etc). It should be avaliable for less than $10 for the dealer.-
