Default problem with synthetic brake fluid

the manual book says that
"do not add synthetic brake fluid. the use of improper fluids can damage the brake sysytem and affect the vehicle's stopping ability."

i read this after i added the synthetic brake fluid
please help
what can i do?
will it going affects anything?
or should i drain it out and the fill with non-synthetic brake fluid?

any inputs are welcome
thanks

the manual also says tells you to not use Synthetic Motor Oil...but guess what? most of us on here do, and there is nothing wrong with it. now for the brakes.....i will assume there is no problem with that since alot of people do that. ask a mechanic

Not the same thing! Synthetic brake fluids will attack the rubber components in the brake system.

I don't think the manual tells you not to use synthetic motor oils - it's recommended oils all happen to be non-synthetic.

The manual definitely warns against using synthetic brake fluids though.

You need to bring your car to a shop who can flush the synthetic fluid and replace all the seals.

Before you panic, the more important question is: exactly what fluid did you put in? Was it a DOT 3, DOT 4, DOT 5, DOT 5.1 ? I believe there are some that are labeled as "synthetic" but because of the DOT xx type, they are acceptable in our cars.

Crap, I did the same thing a month or two ago. Mine is DOT 4 if I'm not mistaken but it looked like it was synthetic because it was DOT 4. I'll have to get the container and see to make sure.

DOT 4 is okay as it's basically DOT 3 plus some additives. DOT 5 is what you want to avoid as it is silicone based and that's not compatible with the stock braking system. DOT 5.1 is supposed to be compatible. A lot of the track guys use Motul RBF which is DOT 5.1.

i had the dot 3 synthetic, and since i added the synthetic brake fluid
i also heard some noises whenever i hit the brake. it doesn't sounds like brake dust that i had before...
i don't know is it caused by the synthetic brake fluid or brake pads..
my friend has an evo MR, he told me to change brake pad because he changed his around 15000 miles.
currently i have 13000 miles
i also wondering when is the time to change brake pad?

The brake fluid shouldn't cause any noises. I've seen people post that they've replace pad at 12,000 miles. I have 16,000 on mine and I use them pretty hard plus they've been through probably 25 autox events.
