Default Oil leak

After storing my car over the winter, I have driven it the last couple weeks and noticed an oil leak. I'm pretty sure it's leaking from the oil pan gasket. How can this happen? should I just buy a new gasket from the dealer? I tughten the bolts down, but didn't want to strip them. anyone know the torque specs for those bolts?
Thanks,
Matt

Per the 2004 service manual, the bolts for the oil pan-lower need to be torqued at 7 Nm or 62 in-lb. But it needs to be done in a particular order. Not in sequence such as clockwise... you'll need the picture from the manual for that but it looks like you have tightened them already.

Also it's not a normal gasket but liquid gasket (RTV sealant).

I don't know the pattern, but I did it like you would a wheel.

Thanks
