i got the same problem but its at 4500+ RPM's and I got the code and it was a crank sensor problem. My tuner said it could be 2 things ither the crank sensor wire need to be more insulated due to too much heat, ither coming from a turbo, supercharger and even a header set up. Or a tooth next the the flywheel could be chiped and its reading a bad signal. "I hope its not that" also some else in this thread said it could be due the alot of oil changes which I do every 3000km and it could just be cloged.

i have the same problem, but i narrowed it down to installing my flywheel at the wrong position.. i don't remember installing it to line up with the dowel on the crankshaft bolts.. i think it may have come off, and i didn't line it up right upon installation... i am reinstalling the flywheel again in about 2 weeks.. I will let you know and keep everyone informed if my engine codes go away (P0011 and P0021)

edit:/ yup the engine codes went away.. the flywheel was at the wrong position, it wasn't lined up with the dowel on the crankshaft

I just had both of mine replaced under warranty for the same issue. Everything back to 100% now. Easy fix.

well I replaced the bank 2 sensor and all has been good for 200 miles. It would toss the code after 15 miles.

Flywheel seemed to solve the problem. It was installed one notch to the left. Lined up correctly and it does. Not throw a code parked. Driving tomorrow to see if it pops up again. Thanks Gcoupe.
