Need help finding the problem in my other vehicle.
I have an OLD 94 Saturn SL2, and right now the belts squeak like hell when you first start the car, also the revs bounce like crazy which causes the car to die at idol from time to time. Some times the car doesn’t even start so you have to hold the ignition for almost a min and floor the gas, so when it starts it doesn’t die right away.
I was thinking the engine problems could be a clogged fuel filter or bad fuel pump, but why would it run perfect when its not idling? Also will replacing the belts stop the squeaking? Any help you guys could offer would be great, my girl needs to borrow it, and I would hate to replace the wrong part.
MODS: Sorry if this isn’t the correct place to ask this.
