Unhappy throwout bearing

this is most likely a repost but, is there any way to quiet down the throwout bearing? i had a few thing in mind. Either put synthetic in, or a thicker oil. Or top the oil off. I dont know, any suggestions?

mm short of just replacing it with a new one, i have no idea. ive had synthetic tranny oil and it didnt do anything to ease the noise. now with my single mass flywheel, its even worse.

most people will say its normal and just live with it.

Your throwout bearing is not internally inside your tranny. It doesn't matter what kind of trans lube you use because the tran lube does not lube your TOB. Your TOB is on your input shaft, between your pressure plate and internals of the tranny. The only way to get it to become a little quieter would be to either drop the tranny and use a high temp grease and lube the bearing and shaft or come up with an ingenious way to grease it up through the hole in which your release fork resides in. Although you probably wont be able to really get the grease on there well enough with out dropping the tranny because the input shaft spins just as fast as you spin your motor. So if you don't apply it well enough all the inertia will fling it right off.

Try not to disengage the clutch during engine braking. If you disengage on acceleration then it is less noisy.
