Full turn on steering wheel squeaking from pulleys
Ok, so I finally got the chance to tighten my belts. I tried turning the steering wheel either all the way to the left or right with aircon on I hear a squeaking noise again.
But if ac is off no squeaks.
What needs to be done to fix this?

Do you mean squealing from belt, or squeaking the actual rotation of one of the pulley's?
Do you have a copy of the Field Service Manual for your year and trim of car? In it there is a section on replacing drive belts, and it specifies the amount of tension you should have, which you can measure by applying a specific amount of weight to the belt between pulley's and and it should deflect downward a specific length. They specify how to get the tension set just right.
If the tension is correct, it may be a bad belt... take it back to where you bought it from and say it is squealing and request a replacement.
BTW even with the aircon off, the belt is still being driven by the engine, just the compressor disconnects its drive motor so there is no resistance being applied to the belt. So the belt is always going even if the aircon is off.
