I have the standard brakes with 17" wheels. The wheels seem to become coated in brake dust a lot faster than other cars I have owned. Anyone else have this problem?

 

Normal, YES. And my BMW was worse.... I wash them every 2-3 days.... But I'm **** I guess......... Have fun....

 

My 18's are the same way. If I let them go a whole week without cleaning them, they look black. Someone told me that if you clean them with windex (or anything with ammonia) the dust will come off easier. I've only cleaned mine once with windex, but it doesn't do much.
