Get it painted, then clear bra. If you dont like a clear bra, dont complain, just budget in a new paint job everytime the chips bother you.

You can try Langka and touch up paint...works better on nonmetallic paints.

new factory spec paint is a short term fix, a clear bra seems to be the only long term solution.

I use pikes peak white touch-up paint from Nissan:

1. Clean the area with Isopropyl alcohol.
2. Apply a base coat of white enamel appliance touch-up paint.
3. After drying, apply a coat of Nissan touch-up paint.
4. After drying, apply a coat of wax.

The match is not perfect, but acceptable.

So what if you need to claybar/wax the bumper? Does the clear bra need to be removed and reapplied?

my experience has been any touch up just makes it more noticelble in my opinion.

ive got a chip on my nismo bumper and everytime i touch it up i end up using some adhesive remover ans taking the touch up paint off the next day

On my '03 it caused a little hazing of the clear coat on the painted plastic bumper. It worked ok on the hood though. I would not recommend it for the bumper.

Claybar the bumper before the clear bra is installed. Wax needs to be stripped before applying clear bra. You can wax the bra. Buy a bra that has clear coat on the surface for a better look.

You won't need to claybar underneath the bra because it is protected.
