Default Oil Pressure Problem?

Hi,
lately Ive noticed that when my car is cold it will nearly max out my oil pressure gauge, going easily past 90, just about to tap 120 psi. This will happen at like 1500 rpms. When it is warm its around 60 at idle and 80-90 at upper rpms.

I took it to the dealer and they said everything was working fine with the gauge and my pressures seemed fine for them.

I checked my oil today and its at the midway line so im assuming its a quart low atleast and it does smell like fuel.

Now I bought this car less than 2000 miles ago and it only has 23k miles on it, should I be worried, I would assume the dealer would top off the oil before selling and if its gone through that much since then well thats a big problem.

I was sitting with my door open today and could smell oil I thought in the exhaust.

I have full warranty till august so im trying to get everythign worked out but it seems like the dealership doesnt want to do **** and its pissing me off, my tranny whines as well but they say its fine.
