tired of searching..ever since i put on my vented hood,whenever it rains my stock alarm goes off,repeatedly.its starting to aggravate me.has anyone ever had this problem? any advise would be appreciated.

 

Which Seibon hood is it? Is there a vent near the "hood open" switch?

 

Probably because the hood sensor isn't contacting the hood (it is the rubber spring-looking mechanism in the front passenger corner). My aftermarket alarm stopped working alltogether until we disconnected this and replaced it entirely with a mercury level sensor.
