***oil leak fixed in 48 hours***read if you suspect an oil leak***
ok after noticing a leak and bringing it by the dealer the decided to put a dye in to find the leak...drove it for the week end and brought it back on tuesday they found a small valve cover gasket leak ordered the new gasket and in 2 days had it in and replaced no more leak...note i called 800nissan1 and they authorized a rental for both days and am being riembursed for the rental...don't take the cheap rental either upgrade they are covering $79 which is what 2 days rental was
oh bye the way no more leaks so far and it was the driversside valve cover..
now if i could stop picking up screws and debris on my 17" 255 stickey pads the call tires yes after the 1st flat in the side wall of the 235s i went bigger to 255s handles much better when sliding around corners
ps i had 5200 miles when leak occured

yes I experienced leaking/burning oil as well!! This happened after only 12 hours of ownership!! I first noticed a lot of white smoke coming from the car (burning oil) then when I looked underneath, the car was leaking oil. The dealer is looking at it now....
