Lets say im in second gear and and bring the rmps up to 5k or so. Then I let off the trottle and when it gets around 3.5-4k with it still in second gear the transmission Makes a vibration noise and the shifter vibrates as well. You can feel it in you butt as well.
Then it will go away after I take it out of gear. It only does this half the time. Does anyone have any ideas what this might be or has this happened to anyone else. Dealer says its normal, but it is definatly not normal.

I have had this happen a few times under similar circumstances. It's like you just hit the resonant frequency of the tranny or shift linkage, and the stick vibrates with unusual force.
Personally, it doesn't bug me because I like that mechanical, directly-connected-to-the-drivetrain feeling of the shifter, and it doesn't happen all the time. But I can see your point that it's a bit disconcerting to see these kind of raw and primitive reactions in a modern sports car.
