Everytime I ride over a speed bump, I'm getting this weird clicking sound coming from the rear. It's either the suspension or rear axels. Anyone experiencing this problem?

My car is a '04 with 34k miles and it's bone stock.

 

I also experience this but not on bumps but usually getting out of 1st gear. The rear axels needs to be lubercated.
