In my opinion "octane boost" is a waste of money, at least it isn't $100.00 a bottle. SInce I work at a nissan dealership we sometimes use our own fuel system cleaner. All it really and truly is, is concentrated techron. Just don't waste your time or money on octane boost unless you really want to boost octane and run VP race fuel, which is a different beast altogether.

Waste of money. Run the proper octane gasoline.

Only time I would imagine that Octane Booster would have any use is in some midwest states that you can only get low octane gas at the pump.

I would just run a bottle of Injector Cleaner ever-so-often in it.

Redline makes a fuel system cleaner product, as do other companies. For example you can buy a concentrated bottle of Chevron's patented "techron" at autozone or pep boys.
