whining noise... REALLY LOUD

I know, holy thread revival. . . Just bought a new '06 with 45k on it as I totaled my baby a couple weeks ago
Anyway, I'm having this issue and I am almost 100% positive it's the dif. It only happens under load at low rpm/high speeds, and goes away immediately if you push in the clutch. All I need to know is if this is a symptom of something worse to come, I plan on putting about 2000 watts of audio in there so I should be more then capable of drowning out the noise, I just don't want to let it go if it's a sign of future headache.

I know its an old thread but im have the same problem as onesexyz. as soon as i hit the clutch it goes away and when i start realesing the noise starts and gets louder once fully realesed . i gotta get this resolved
