Default What does the injector housing look like?

Hi, I'm trying to diagnose a ticking sound be seeing it is my injectors. The tick happens more on the driver's side of the engine when it is warm to hot and occurs maybe 2 times a sec. Does anyone know what the injectors or injector housing looks like? Is there any pics of engines that someone can share and tell where it is in the pic?

Thanks,
Jeff

Do you have aftermarket pistons? or are you runing stock?

The injectors do not have any type of housing and they are located to the sides of the lower part of the intake manifold as highlighted in the pic.

It's really hard to see them if you have the intake manifold attached to the engine.
