2003 Touring HID Headlights
Guys,
I got back from the dealer after discovering my parking lights on both HID headlights are out. Also the orange strip on the passenger headlight is out. Add the moisture buildup and it doesn't look BAD but could be better. I have a gold package warranty (i really begin to wonder if it has any value) and I am being quoted $220 dollars to replace 3 bulbs that aren't even HID! My HID lights work fine. Is this right? Are they on crack?$220?????? Is it that much a pain to take out those bulbs and put in new ones? Please advise. I am searching for other posts as i eagerly wait for some advice!
Also, can i replace a 2003 HID Z with a 2006 HID Z? And tail lights?
Thanks
M

$220 for the replacemnt of the lights you described in insane. Doing it yourself is not that hard. Search the forum and you will find out how to do it.
Additionally, you can replace your 2003 HID headlights and tails for those from a 2006. It will just cost you a lot of money.
