Default Should I do some maintenance??

I have a 2003 with 24,000 miles, I want to do some maintenance. I have only been changing the oil every 3k miles. I am going to Mobil tomorrow, what other fluids should I have them change. I can find my manual. Should I switch to synthetic? What weight should I use. Im in Long Island NY

is your car an auto or manual?either way I'm not sure what the maual recommends but I try to make a good habit of changing the transmission fluid frequently,I changed it on my honda at 30k and at 45k and had metal shavings both times, along with the fluid turning a dark grey color,I think for the z I'm gonna do it every 15k also,as far as oil goes I'd stick with 5w30 mobil 1

Question

Do you have a maintenance book? Stop by your Nissan dealer and ask for one.

I have a manual, I didnt feel like looking for the maintenance book. Just wanted to know what other Z owners are doing? I have been neglecting and not really driving my Z, since I got my 05 M3 last spring.
