Default 04 350z issues/problems, how to fix? covered under warranty?

Hey guys, i have an 04 350z track and im having some issues that i noticed since i purchased it, was wondering if anyone can help me solve them or lead me in the right dirrection.

Transmission grinding in 5th Gear sometimes.

Passenger side window problem. Sometimes will not go down and sometimes will not go up. Sometimes it goes half way up and then goes back down. (Im going to take this to the dealer as i was surprised to see a lot of people have this problem...if dealer gives me crap, ill print out my350z.com forums hehehe)
Right Headlight not working. Fuses are good except the power wire for it does not have power going through it.

VDC Off and SLIP lights come on after about 30 minutes of driving.

CD Player, after playing for a few minutes will start muffling and then it will say Error and will not play CD’s

Trunk Shocks will not hold up

A/C Turns on automatically when I turn the dial.

Tire pressure sensors not working

Humming noise in one of the front wheels, Bering?

Shaking at high speed

shaking when braking..

Thanks again

I forgot to mention i bought the car with a little bit of damage, its still a clean title though. I replaced the front bumper, drivers side fender, drivers side door, and drivers side wheel... not sure if the dealership will know about this or give me crap about it..

First of all, i assume your car is under warranty. If not, then why would you even ask, right?

check repairing forum sticky, tons of people have grinding tranny. should be covered under warranty and you should get a new tranny.

See repairing forum, there is a nice thread in there about how to clean out the motor brushes and reset the motor position sensor. This is a possible DIY but if you can get the dealer to do it, even better.

Hopefully dealer should take care of it

Do you have aftermarket wheels or tires? What tire sizes are you running?

Hopefully dealer will take care of this. If not, there is a heavy weight that you could remove. It is located underneath the plastic liner of the hatch. Removing it should let your shocks hold up the hatch a little easier.

A/C Turns on automatically when I turn the dial.
Certain positions on the A/C result in A/C automatically turning on. Not a problem, nor can it be fixed.

Tire pressure sensors not working
Dealer may be able to reprogram. If you have aftermarket wheels then you might not have these installed...

Humming noise in one of the front wheels, Bering?
Tire feathering? Flip and Rotate front tires, then check alignment (if it's feathering)

Shaking at high speed
alignment or tires

shaking when braking..
Warped brake rotors or deposits on rotors causing uneven braking surface. You should get new pads and rotors.

If the rotors are thick enough, you could get them machined (resurfaced) and make sure to get new pads. (not covered under warranty most likely)

Hey Wired, thanks a lot for your help and info...BIG help.

Im not sure if im in warranty or not as i never looked into it and dont know what the warranty is... i think its 60k miles or 3 years i suppose?

I do have aftermarket 19" wheels, they are the proper offset and size i believe...They dont have the valve stems in them, is there a way to put them in? perhaps the dealer can do it under warranty?

the humming only happens when i start turning right while going over 40mph...if im turning left, you dont hear it. Its not constant, its like 1 sec of humming, 1 sec of nothing, 1 sec of humming...so on.

As for the brakes, the rotors look fine. I have the brembos, i think maybe its just the brake pads and alignment as when the car was in an accident, the front left wheel, on the inside was bent pretty bad, and the steering wheel is totally off..

also the one thing that i was worried about with the warranty is if i would still be covered if they found out the car was in an accident..

Thank you once again for your help. Sweet Z BTW, what do you have done to it?
