Default Fluid leak

I have been noticing small oil type spots on my garage floor.
It seems like my Z is leaking some type of fluid.
The fluid seems clear with the consistency and smell of engine oil, but the liquid is clear.
It's not a lot of fluid that is leaking, but it is definitely more than a few drops between checking.
I checked the oil level, which seems OK.
Any ideas what the fluid may be?

Power steering fluid is clear, so is brake fluid, but it's more likely to be pwr steering fluid. Get the car up on jacks, crawl under, and check with a flashlight. It there's alot of fluid everywhere, wipe it down good, wait a few days and inspect again to find the source.

+ 1 on cleaning then waiting and then inspecting. Where is the fluid in relation to the underside of the car. Near the tire? Under the engine bay? And check your fluids too. If it gets too bad dont take a risk driving it. Hate to find out its brake fluid, put more in it and have it leak out on the way to the shop and kill either you or someone else.

No. I could make a couple of guesses, but without touching and smelling the fluid, not very helpful.

Nissan OEM fluid are red. The clear PS fluid is probably the cheap stuff from the parts store. Also I doubt anyone changed their ps fluid since the first 350Z came out only 4 years ago. I dont think anyone ever changes PS fluid (i do)

You are correct about the OEM PS fluid color being red. I checked it this morning. While it is red in color, this is only apparent when there is a large quantity concentrated in one space, i.e. the reservoir. But to the naked eye, in places where there are only thin layers or drops of PS fluid, it going to appear clear or light brownish at best.
