Default Bad window problem(still cant figure it out)

guys me and the mechanics are stuck...
we cant figure out how to make the window not touch the top pillar when i open the door(it seems to go down too slow)
thats so messed up! lmao
the seamless thing isnt synchronized maybe? i dont even know how to diagnose this problem
it started happening when we replaced my window motor with one from performance nissan

i think there is a window reset button? do a search and you'll find it.

Yes there is, but the trim piece will have to be removed for it. Another Z site has the Nissan TSB on window reset that has diagrams of where the reset button is. Google it and you should see it. That's how I once accidentally came across it.

ive done this reseting thing already, but for some reason, it still touches the top pillar when i open the door when the window is fully rolled up
do u guys think that the window is too high up? and needs to be adjusted lower if possible?
im all out of ideas on this one, shat
my bodyshop called the dealer for some resolutions but nothing...
