Default How should i deal with this problem?(window motor related)

alright i tried posting on the repair section because i bought a window motor from performance nissan like a few months ago
but i got fed up recently because when i open my door, the window hits the top pillar piece of the car as it goes down(seamless action thing)
my final guess is that the motor is faulty and isnt reacting fast enough? but other than that it seems to work ok...?
the shop keeps trying to do the reset but its no good
is there anything else that is related to the window itself like some kind of sensor that ive missed?

Did you following the procedure to set the limit switch, etc.?
When you say "the shop", do you mean the dealership or just some repair shop?
