Default putting the Z on all fours

does anybody have detailed instructions on how to put the z on to 4 jack stands? the part im confused about is..do i use the factory sissor jack, and do one wheel at a time or do i have to have a floor jack?

wow that was really quick. thanks guys. so im guessing i have to buy a floor jack to jack up the circled parts?
