i just hit 3200 miles in my car ,and ever since ,i have theee worst grind in third gear....no matter how nice i shift it or how smoothly.....after 4k rpm it grinds everytime.

i heard other people had problems with this and contacted nissan?

what procedures do i have to go through in order for my car to run normal again?

was there any lengthy tedious process while dealing with the nissan representatives?

i need to take care of this problem and if anyone has any feed back or knowledge about this perdicament, please let me know

Omer,

Visit a dealership in your area and reproduce the grinding for them. They will contact Nissan about getting the tranny replaced. At least this has been the procedure in the past. Yours sounds like a fairly typical case.

You should also contact NNA consumer affairs at 1800NISSAN1 to register this as an issue with them as well.

I took mine in today to have tranny replaced they also are installing some new clutch they say helps????
