Hey guy's I was driving the other day in 4th gear just cruisin and I felt the car kick down like I downshifted or something, then the service engine soon light came on and the VDC light and the SLIP light all at once. I was on my way to the store so when I turned the car off and when I got back into it to leave just the Service engine soon light stayed on, the VDC and SLIP light didnt come on. I tried to erase the code from the computer doing it the manual way, but it woulnt go out. I have an extended warranty on the car but I wanted to know if you guys had any thoughts of what it could be. My car has 32k on it and has been running great, and my oil change is not due for 2k. Thats always my favorite part of people with a CEL issue. Have autozone or someone like that pull the code for free then we could help some. Until then, hundreds of things make that magic little yellow bastard come on when you least expect it.
