Default rear blinker light blew...how to change?

my rear blinker light bulb blew out. Is there a way of changing it without having to take the whole bumber off?

Remove the taillight and reach for the bulb through the hole under the light.

LOL

well, if I'd figured out how to remove the taillight than I wouldn't have to ask.
From what it looks like there's no way to do so unless you take off the bumber.
I need this confirmed or given a better solution please

Pop the 4 screw covers, remove screw w/ 10mm, lift the light up carefully, reach and remove bulb.

Actually remove the 3 screw covers, then remove with 10mm socket.

you guys are talking about the brake light, I know how to remove that...
I need the blinker light removed which is embedded in the bumper there are no visible screws

Once the taillight is removed, reach in for the bulb's scoket, turn the socket a 1/4 turn to the left (lefty loosey, righty tighty), carefully pull the bulb from the socket.

What Robert and others are trying to tell you is that brake light MUST be removed whenever a blinker bulb or reverse bulb needs to be replaced. Then you just reach in through that hole and replace the blinker bulbs. You do not need to remove the bumper to do it! (think of how silly that would be!).

I have done so twice already on each side (switched to chrome bulbs then back to orange); a DIY doesn't get smaller or simpler than this. Less than 10 min max to do one side.

I did search I promise...

thanks for the help, I got it now

I ended up looking it up in the Z maintenance manual and they are actually stating to remove the bumper...so I am very glad that once again the my350z people prevailed by coming up with a better solution, espceially before I did it the hard way

So I had to special order the yellow light bulb, no dealer in LA had it in stock amazing. I ordered 2 so that next time I won't have to wait too long.

turns out that the bulb was not broken but had gotten loose. When I disconnected the harness it fell into the housing...fortunately I brought a magnetic stick and was able to fish it out...of course then it fell down into the pits of the z body...but once again the magnetic strip to the rescue I was able to get it out, plug it back in and all is well now and I have 2 extra yellow bulbs

The yellow and white should be on the shelf at any Kragen or Autozone. Made by GE with a green cardboard blister pack.
