alright, so its on my honda that have wheel locks and i lost the darn key. I need to take my wheel off for repairs and i already bought the "lost key" remover from pep boys which didnt work. so anyway, will any tire shop be able to break off a wheel lock, how much should i be charged for this? I dont want to get ripped off for this service. thanks for any insight and help on this.

 

Most tire and wheel shop should be able to "break" the locks off by hammering a smaller diameter socket on the lock the catch it. Shouldn't cost more than $30-$50 dollars depending on the method. You also have to understand they are not responsible for any damages to the wheels.
