I just came home to find my rims sitting outside with some trashbags covering it for two months (garage had to be cleaned out because we found some mice living inside, and the rims never got put back). I tried to wipe off the white stuff off of the lip, but it doesn't seem to help...




Any help with what it is or how it could be removed would be awesome...thanks beforehand!
