Default P0300 I searched and....

P0300 i searched and learned a lot about but my question is should i take it to the dealer right away or can i drive it for about a week taking it easy on the car? (im too busy with work right now, to drop off the car at the dealer)

List of your mods would help.... your engine shouldn't be misfiring if it near stock. If you have FI then it is possible due to the utech maybe adjusting things slightly. I would take it in, even know it may just be a fluke.

check for cracks in your test pipes, or leaks in your air filter. The timing of the car must be off to misfire. Check all o2 sensors for malfunctions or dirty contacts. Did you just get done washing your car? I know the injen intake is acceptable to water spray. Sometimes you car will act funny after getting the filter wet.
