vibration from shifter at high rpm, clutch in
First time on the track I noticed a vibration shifting from 4th to 5th at about 6000 rpm. The vibration numbs my hand and travels up to my elbow. Diminishes considerably when I let the clutch out. Dealer shop agreed about the vibration but suggested it was from the exhaust system or maybe the V shaped protector in front of the rear muffler.
I think it is somewhere in the drivetrain. A misaligned clutch could do it, as it lessens when connected to the engine mass (clutch out) but I am guessing.
Any experience out there with this kind of vibration in other cars or their own Zcar?

I haven't had mine on the track or even hit that high of RPMs yet, but I can't believe the amount of vibration in the shifter period! Every other vehicle I've driven has never had that. A friend of mine drove the car two days after I got it and he couldn't believe how much vibration came through. I really don't like it!
