Default Lighting problem

I got in my car this morning and turned my lights on. After about 5 seconds my driver side light will go off. This happens every time i turn them off and back on. I dont have time yet to replace the bulb today, is there a common electrical problem I should be aware of? or is that what HID's do when they are in need of replacement?

Do the lights show any sign of fogging as if there is a leak inside the headlight?

Never heard of this problem. If it happens again and again, I would take it to the dealer and just have them replace the whole assembly. As far as I know the HIDs do not normally do this, and they usually last for a long time.

No signs of fogging or a leak. I got in my car last night and it was fine, but then this morning it did it again. I do think it could be possible for there to be moisture inside... Would I need a new headlight to fix that?
