You're not an idiot your just special, scroll all the way down, there a little button next to the paypal column, after that it'll bring you to another page where you have to wait a few moments, then you'll be able to download after you type in a 4 digit thingy they provide you, you can choose your host, you may have to go back a few times to get a host that you can actually download from.

After you download, you need a password to acess it.
