clicking noise from rear axle = unfixable?

i have brought my z to nissan twice to get the bolt replaced through the tsb but this time it came back within 1 day. i called nissan and they told me i would have to bring it in again and there most likely will be a 145 dollar inspection fee what should i do guys? the tech said it might be the axle

I assume that the service bulletin was completed and kit installed? Do you know what the kit includes?
This may not solve the problem. Rear axle clicking is a very distinctive noise. Do you drag race? Autocross? There are other potential axle problems that also make a clicking noise. Here is how you tell the difference. The common rear axle clicking does not get worse. 10,000 or 50,000 miles it sounds the same. Stress on the rear axle from racing also will make a clicking or thumping sound. This noise will get worse until the axle fails.
Regardless, its covered under warranty.

mine is a 03 and i bought it used i dont think its under warranty anymore and also it gets worse and worse so **** it migth eb the axle how much for a axle change?
