Signs Of Overheating Damage

What are some signs of damage that would occur to your car from overheating??

Check for antifreeze in the oil, sign of a headgasket from warping a head due to extreme heat.
Change the oil also, its no longer providing protection.

The first thing I would do is flush out the oil. It bakes in there and loses viscosity when it overheats.
