So then,

I went on vacation for a week and left my Z at my nissan dealer so they could do some warranty work on it. They fixed my rear axle click and my rear view mirror rattle along with my window motor not working. So everything is perfect I go outside turn on my car and bam, I have a motor knock, I walk back inside and they come outside and say my car has been sitting so the oil isn't around the lifters and I'm a quart low. So I put a quart in and the noise is gone, but is there anything I should be worried about I don't want my car to be all ****ed up like a week from now, lol.

a knocking motor that went away after you added a quart of oil? Hmmm, last time i changed my oil i was down a quart and no knocking. I wouldn't ever take the word of a nissan tech when determining if something is wrong. "SSSSuuurrrreeee, just add some oil it'll be alright.."

oh, you can run a diagnostic on your car to test for a knock. Only bad thing is you have to take it back to the dealer for that lol
