Alright, I got my window motor replaced under warranty, and everything works. My window seems to go up higher than it used to when it seals. Now when I open the door, the window seems to catch a little bit, like it's caught on something. I have to wait a quick second before pulling the door open. Is there a way to adjust how high the window goes when it seals?

 

Mine sticks occasionally. Check the little rubber boot on the driver side door frame (toward the latch) and see if it is squished. If that isn't messed up, the dealer probably needs to set the window height correctly, which they should have checked when they replaced it, but we know how a lot of dealer service is.
