Default Repairing scratches, scrapes, chips?

I pulled a little too close to a snowbank a few days ago and notice on my front right fender a small chip and a bunch of white scuffs...

what can I do to repair this?

and if i do it professionaly, how much would this cost? The area is a few inches long, the chip is only a few CM long.

if your finger nail catches on the scratches then it needs to be sanded down and repainted. When painting that area you can't just do the 5x5 inch area, you have to blend the paint which usually results in repainting the whole panel. Cost could vary from shop to shop, but nothing can be painted for anyless than a few hundred usually.

what about the white scuffs? Are those just in the clearcoat and if so can i FIX that myself?

If so i could probably live with touching up the chip and fixing the clearcoat scuffs.

White scuffs usually are just rubs on the surface of the clear. Get some 2000 grit black sandpaper and wetsand the areas with a small, soft block. Be sure to keep the paper wet at all times. After that wash the area good and wipe a rag over it. This will get most of the water off, but leave some moisture. Use a good microfiber cloth and some rubbing compound to hand buff the dull area that was sanded. Repeat as necessary until it's suitable. After that clean it up good, touch up that chip, and wax it.
