When my car is not running and the key is in the on position and in first gear, I am getting a tone coming from my Electronic throttle control actuator. I have no MILs and the car is running fine.

Anyone have a clue as to what would make this tone? Its very similar to the sound a computer monitor makes when a capacitor is going bad. Service manual (page EC-412) makes no mention of a tone, it just lists a bunch of tests to do with the consult II (which of course I can't do).
