My car had a similar problem after sitting for almost 2 weeks over Christmas. It started when I got home but, I really had to crank on it. After a few days of driving, it would crank but not start. Look at the voltage gauge when you are cranking it. If it falls down to around 8V, like mine did, you probably need a new battery. I replaced my battery and it fired up as soon as turned the key.

Most of the work at the body shop was paint nothing major and I replaced my test pipes with resonated ones...also I got someone who replaced my radio!!!
Last night I replaced the battery and started the car..it stayed running for about 10 min the stopped by itself!!

Finally the Z is running
I would like to thank all of you guys for all your support and suggestions, here is what was wrong:
After mutible days of inspection and replacing the battery with no luck we found out with removing the plenum that it was full of dirt and all black and from there it showed that all intake valevs ar open and that what makes all this fuel goes into the engine..the shop told me that they noticed this problem in mostly Honda's where the valves get stuck in the open position and most times they require removing the heads and a valve job...thank God we didn't need all of that with the Z and now its running and I'll get it out later today.
Again, thank you all
Now a big complaint is filed with the dealer for wanting to overhaul the engine and giving me a false report about low engine pressure and oil in the radiator and from the pictures you can tell the pressure is fine.
