NE 1 elses recirc button stop working?

The recirc button on my girls Z stopped working, it stays like on the outside-in recirc mode.

just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and what the problem ended up being.

do you have it on defrost? if you have it on defrost you can't use the recirc button....or something like that.

I think I tried moving all the dials in different positions, but I will try it again and make sure it is not on defrost.
