i want to thank you guys for all your help, i totally appreciate it but i cant seem to get this thing working, i even had someone else look at it and no dice, the car will no longer overheat but it will also no longer expel air from the release valve nor will it accept any more coolant, no matter how long i let it idle for, the coolant remains full and the heater will not work, the driver side hose that comes out of firewall does not get warm but the passenger side does, time to go to the stealership, should i tell them what happened or just take it in and say i need a radiator flush, any idea how much this would cost?

^Sorry to hear that. Hmm, have you tried going on a spiritied run to heat the car up? I'm thinking with the driver side not heating up, you're either not getting hot enough to open the thermostat, or the thermostat is broken. Are you fans turning on during idle?

Also, just tell the dealership you need a flush, because honestly that is what you need. I do not know how much that is going to run though.

Yes. Removing the engine plugs is overkill IMO. I never removed them when I did my flush. I also never had the problems you're experiencing either...
