Off topic, but copyright doesn't protect against re-distribution per se. Hypothetically, if I legally obtain a copy of the manual, I can resell it at any price according to the First Sale Doctrine. However, there probably was some sort of end user license agreement Nissan makes you sign that does cover that, but that is a matter of contract law.
