Default Thinking of cutting the Gateway Arch

Anyone know what's inside that plastic monstrosity spanning the rear hatch? Wish I had an X-ray machine.

Really? I thought it was filled with Helium to make the car lighter on the back end and help out with that 50 / 50 weight ratio.
